Seeing this fellow in Palworld, I just had to make one... and decided to add some markings to a model rip by Yabout.

Cirrus can be a bit aloof a fellow, not paying full attention to what he's doing. If he's at the wrong place at the wrong time, well... you've probably read about Quiverns already.

Might update if I get an actual ref made or if I learn enough Blender to make my own model for VRC and stuff.
