Wow! I love the beauty of the sunlit ocean here that makes it seem like a paradise for this dragon to move around, it's so beautiful and the underwater ruins I can see give off a slightly Greek vibe and thus I mentally associate them with bits of Atlantis. They don't look too grand though so I'm guessing it would be an outpost.

As for the dragon herself, she looks like she's having a whole bunch of fun and I like how the light is shining through her wings even if it makes them look quite thin. The pose is dynamic and she's moving around like someone who loves being in the water all the time and seems to be able to breathe in it or have some artificial means of doing so.
