I am very much not done with this yet but it's too late for me to finish it. There are reasons Shockwave has inconsistencies, like how his right arm is different from his left. There is a tiny ficlet that goes along with this so meh, I'll write it and finish shading this after a few hours of sleep.
“I can fix that you know.”
“What?”
The small techno-organic idly looked up to the towering Con, a bored expression etched across her tired face. The girl hadn’t had a decent recharge in stellar cycles, neither had he for that matter, but it showed more on her softer features.
“Your arm….It’s broken right?”
Shockwave regarded his makeshift replacement for a moment, lifting his right arm to examine the extensive damage. Wires exposed, energon leaked out of the shredded metal, it was a shoddy repair job, but the mech hadn’t really had time to fix it whilst escaping the Autobot Elite. A singular red optic swiveled from his twitchy digits to his exhausted ‘hostage’.
“It is a temporary replacement. Do not dwell on it.”
Apparently that wasn’t good enough for Sari. The small femme crawled down from the nook between his neck and shoulder, sliding down his arm to the fizzing, naked wires. The large mech tensed for a moment as clumsy limbs swept over bruised scuffs and tender metal, watching as the coveted key was pulled from the confines of her painfully yellow dress.
“But it hurts right?”
“Among other things.”
That was all the tiny techno-organic needed. Hovering over the nasty tear with her key at the ready, she paused for a moment waiting for him to stop her. When she looked up and found him simply staring at her, she took that as her permission and pressed the ribbed key straight into the open wound. The hulking spy shuddered, flinching so suddenly he nearly knocked the youth off his arm. His undamaged talons came up to hold her in place as a pleasant buzz washed through his exposed circuitry. Metal clanked and crawled, the old arm shifting and churning as it was repaired. Shockwave didn’t need to ask why she had done what she did; it was such an Autobot thing to do.
