The elemental goddess of Light, otherwise known as Ayla's "true" form. This is her dragon self, the spirit that coexists within the caracal's mortal body. Both forms can be conscious at once, creating a confusing paradox which I'd rather not have to try and explain.

Basically, Ayla can call upon her dragon self at any time she chooses, but not without having a temporary side effect (eg. if "Draconian" is in a disturbed or aggressive mood, this induces a migraine and/or high levels of adrenaline in her caracal form. Many of Ayla's mood swings can be blamed on the behaviour of her dragon counterpart).
On some rare occasions, Ayla can travel out-of-body using her draconian from. This is a skill she lacks experience in though, and she has not yet developed a way to protect her physical self during this state of trance. She is also capable of "mind merging" for short periods of time - using this technique, she partially shares the consciousness of another person.
