And you think furfarmers take care of them?
Beating, harming and starving them does not ruin fur quality, running them over with a hose to keep them clean takes no effort, and you think they stay in the kennels long enough to actually have negative effects on their fur? Laughable...

They do, and yes it does. If a fox were kept in a pen covered in it's own feces, that ruins the pelt. Blood does not come out of the skin, either.
You can't just "hose down" a pelt and it's clean.
Where is your proof? Please don't link me to PeTA articles about fur farms in China. I can link you to trappers and fur farmers if you like :) I can also link you pictures of the animals they keep on their farm for fur.

That coyote looks like he's covered in shit, piss and blood! Oh wait.. no, he doesn't.

No, not PETA, they're nuts. But I've heard of the way they treat animals and seen videos of it too (where they'd beat the animals then put them into small kennels).
I don't have any proof, as I haven't talked about this since about two years ago, when I started looking into it.
I could probably look up some shit on them though.
And if you're just speaking out of defence of the farmers you know, then they must be a few good people not to treat them badly (It's still bad they hunt and kill them for their skin though)

I'm not into peta or anything about them, but I am against fur farms.
Not because I'm a furry, but because I just don't like how people will hunt and kill animals 'only' for their fur AND/OR bones.
But I'm not against hunting (when you keep the meat, but if it's just for the antlers, it's bad) because that's actually using the animal, not just to make things with the fur/bones/horns/antlers.
Basically my rule:
Killing for use (using the meat, fur, etc.) is okay, and I support
Killing for sport or profit (using nothing or just the fur/bones/antlers) Is bad and I do not support

You can tell from all the images that he has that they're happy and well cared for. He's not some misguided teenager that's all 'OMG I HAZ WANT OEN' He's obviously taking care of it (and all his other feral animals) and they are perfectly fine. He is a responsible pet owner from what I've seen. All you need to do is look through his gallery (or his youtube videos that he sometimes links) to see that though wild (and not often making the best pets, I don't agree with everyone keeping wild animals, or keeping more aggressive ones) these animals are perfectly fine with living in 'captivity' in his home
Hurr, seems there are some who think different species are cosmicly determined to be either "wild" or "domestic". They found a burial site in Jordan, from the damn Stone Age, with human remains buried with none other than, you guessed it, red foxes. That is all.
