I only take Euro, yes. ^^ But it's not a problem with paypal! You can just set the currency to Euros there.
I don't make the DogTag-Settings, I order them ready to use and 'just' make the portrait inside. It's drawn on bristol paper and colored with colored pencils. I am nearly always open for these! So just note me if you are interested.
