A gift for 
FlimsyRivers of their OC Confetti Pop, a Mirror Pool Pinkie Pie clone, 'undercover' trying to stay 'incognito' by dressing up like a super serious museum reliquary. Unfortunately for Confetti Pop his Party Pony nature makes it so that despite his best efforts even trying to be super serious make him looks silly and that's not even taking into account that he always wears a large poofy diaper on his rump. This was a fun project and refreshing in drawing someone else's OC that I really like and I felt that giving him a 6th doctor's style outfit suited well for him.
