Well I was discussing with a friend that I needed a Proper Charter to Indulge in my More hedonistic nature and well This character was the result of that. Designed by me and 
Tagmer and drawn up by the ever amazing

Meet Lord Cirrus Van Blubberion the XIIIth, First In line to the Kingdom of Laridian.
He's a spoiled greedy Samoyed that loves to feast and dine and grow and grow and grow~
