A sketch I found in a box I was going through. Here Nadja's holding onto Tristan for dear life it seems and crying. It was to work out the dynamics for a very tense and dramatic scene.
What's going on, you may ask? Well, you might just have to read and find out.

I'm glad to see you've kept up your storytelling work, as my own have kept me whole in a way I did not expect, Mike. I'm sorry I've been more of a stranger in the last several weeks than was kind or courteous of me, but I've been well in a way I didn't expect to be so soon.
I've been preparing to attend Furnal Equinox in about six weeks, held here in Toronto during the second weekend in March. This will be my first in-person hotel convention attendance in 18 years when I go, and I admit to being more than a little excited to be going to my first Furry Convention- FE didn't exist, I believe, until 2011 and CanFUREnce is at the moment out of reach in Ottawa, even were I able to afford the cost or potential psychological strain- and to see more than a few people I haven't seen in person in almost as long as my last convention visit.
I think the only thing that's going to be a shock for
Jenorafeuer is that I have a full beard now. Everything else, even though we haven't seen each other physically, I doubt will come as any surprise given how close in touch we've kept online in the meantime. And it'll be good to feel at home at a convention, which I suspect I'll at least find familiar, even if things aren't precis to what I recalled almost two decades ago.
Plus ca changes, as they say, along with toujours l'audaces, encore plusiemes; but I think I've tried to be wiser than Danton, and my starcat is always wiser by far, which is why we always get along well, besides. And that's how it should be.
Staying occupied and meriting forward movement, as always, and I hope you've done likewise.
