Crime in Neopia Central City is on the rise. Mirage plans to turn the city into a chaos-filled crater, and has released three supervillains from prison to aid him. It's up to Neopia's youngest superheroes to put a stop to it.
Switch between Zoey, Xandra, and Yuna as they use their respective abilities to overcome obstacles and fight the four villains: Mr. Chuckles, Gearhead, Morgana LaFaye, and Mirage.
Travel from the city streets, to the city skyline, to even a world within a magic hat as the trio hunt down their foes.
Revolution animation and special effects including incredible scaling and rotation using Sega's 3-D sprite Driver.

I like the art! Although the Titan Toddlers logo looks a bit too busy, it's filled with too many colors, and a different font for each letter makes it look rather messy. If you look at it from afar, or at a smaller resolution it just turns into a bunch of colors. But that's just my opinion. Also the "The" colored black just blends into the dark background, this can be fixed by making it a different color like white, or adding an outer stroke to it.
