I would say post puppies as the ring pretty much wiped the tfee's mind and replaced them with Bailey's to take care of the puppies. With the other tf's the tfee loses their old mind the longer they live the life of the new character with the friends and family chipping away their mind. It is all up to interpretation as I would hate to ruin anything for anyone. (I hope that wasn't confusing, seemed like it didn't make sense).
