depending the liquid (and the sentience of it) but we in engineering we use beside pressured air,vaccum chambers,a second fluid with faster oxidation and drying rate, with some desperated measures we use heat or we recurr to separating the components, its effective but it requires special equipment and can be used to stuff beyond water leaks and other chemicals where ive worked
the most common ones sometimes involve uv light and something that irradiate dry heat (like the stains on the sink or some washed utensils)
