A rather fun crossover with the somewhat sinister looking Ralsei and the deceptively innocent Flowey, the gentle pacifistic healer perhaps taken in by Flowey's appearance but the evil flower perhaps not able to bring himself to really harm Ralsei, so he just settles for some thorough tickle torture.
Some lovely work with this piece and especially seeing Undertale/Deltarune characters brought to life in your style, Ralsei being a particular delight to see getting tickled.
