Fankies! That's an interesting take there. I love POV's for the same reason, but I primarily like them because you can pretend to be in a toddler's body or just in a body of a certain animal that happens to be your favorite, and I know there are many people whose favorite are wolves.
Some people, like me, go one step further to point out something specific in that group they prefer. In my case -- I love most wolf-related things, but an Arctic Wolf just clicks for some reason. It might be because white is, according to some people, a color one wouldn't immediately associate with a wolf, since wolves usually come in grey, brown, and even black. I think the color white could also represent purity in a way? Like, black representing evil or at least a form of darkness, and white is the opposite to black, and likewise, purity might be considered the opposite to evil.
Unrelated, but -- Probably makes you wonder then, why my favorite Pokémon type is tha Dark type. I believe it is because I happen to like many designs that just happen to belong to the Dark type. Do you like Pokémon? There's even a Pokémon based on (were)wolves -- Lycanroc.
