Why does your style keep changing?

I just got back from drawing and the pixel brush from krita is good for my very jittery hands, plus it's been two years since I last drew

and before you asked why some of my drawings are inconsistent, I was still new to even drawing on a tablet and had to improve. Some are just pure brain fart while other drawings are something I just really want to draw like Freddy and the highly detailed alien. Add that I was playing around what software and brushes to use, some are meh some are just a no to me
