Looks like Zeelo fished up a message in a bottle! What a find!
Although the message was a little strange, something about being a guardian of the sea..
Didn't take long for that message to become a bit clearer thanks to that sudden growth spurt and changes taking hold!
Zeelo might need to get a new outfit though, if that is even needed anymore after the changes are done~


After a bit of a very slow progress with any and all art and low moods and frustrations with things I just wanted to push myself and try to make something 'quick'. Took longer than wanted and delayed more than planned but did it. Felt nice and refreshing. And this was fun to work on. Zeelo turning into a Lugia based on a silly thing that happened during a stream from  TheNornOnTheGo a few days ago.
