Why are bunnies do dumb, sometimes?

Now one might ask, why is Kaa blue?
Well, had some small chatter some time ago about how Kaa would be given blue colors in some fan art.
Got me curious to try it out myself, and I went with my favorite bun since the oranges and blues will contrast nicely.
Might do more blue Kaa, it's neat.
