... so that's what humans live off of...
If I destroy this, will you die?
My most favourite anime character of all time. Anon from The Law of Ueki. I just had to draw him again, especially since now I am practising more humans /anime style and such. (much to the disappoint of people wanting to see more animal/furry work from me. Biggest apologies)
For some reason this is one of the most memorable quotes from the anime to me. And frequently throughout my life there are situations which remind me of the quote.
In the scene, Anon spots an old lady looking for a dropped pendant in the bushes. Anon offers to help. When he finds it, he questions the old lady of its importance. What worth is there in a material object? The old lady explains that it is a sentimental treasure. And thus the quote was born.
