Bringing himself just a bit closer to the waters surface, he gave pause, those blue eyes staring at what held his curiosity -- though, was it prey he was viewing, or something to fear?
Name: Noah
Species: Common Thresher Shark [Fox Shark]
Age: 26
Appearance: Stands roughly 6 feet tall, build is slightly above average with some definite muscular definition, yet his form is sleek and slender, not overly buff. Dark blue eyes that match the sea. His fingers have a slight webbing between them - stopping at the middle knuckle, and his feet are also webbed. Tail is long behind him with the typical thresher appearance.
Personality: Like his Thresher cousins, Noah is a bit of a loaner. Keeping to himself most of the time. He's very quiet, almost shy like when meeting someone new, but once friends, he has this protective personality, almost like an older brother.
Noah follows the tide of the sea, and seems to have quite a pull of wanderlust, and migrates between areas quite often. He has the ability to breathe both underwater, and above it, but sticks close to that large body of water as his skin does dry out rather easily.
Well now, say hello to Noah!
A character created for me by Soulscape, from a charity auction that I had won for http://www.sharkwater.com/ - I suggest, you check this page out. *nods* Perhaps throw a dollar their direction -- what they're doing, is well, amazing.
Anyway, one day, I might get a refsheet of this guy done. But for now, I believe this piece speaks volumes. =3

He did a wonderful job on this, such wonderful use of aqua and deep blue colors.
I also love the gentle rays of light flittering through the water's surface...it gives the picture a more realistic sense of depth.
Love the character too, we need more shark themed characters around here.
I love thresher sharks due to their super long tail fins.
