Tiny, I know. My habit of zooming in, then forgetting just how zoomed in I am, is still biting me in the ass. Some human barbarian for a DnD game an ex was running.
I don't like doing humans, and I suck at them.
You see this? I'm going to guess it took me 10 hours.
One day, I will learn to just flow, and accept the shit I can't draw without struggling crazy-hard against them. Maybe it'll lead me to develop an actual style instead of trying to polish what is essentially still going to be a turd at the core. And damn, I forgot his scars...

With the exception of the eyes not quite following the skull shape, I'd say it looks good!
I remember spending ages as well doing stuff last time, but I say you've more perseverance than me Don't feel down about trying--your anatomy is great. If you just fixed the eyes I think it'll look fine to you too.

Actually, you're right. I think that's what is throwing me so much. I normally go over every detail, scrubbing and re-shaping it, which takes up nearly all of my time. The eyes? I barely touched those once I got them into a relatively good state. I should have tinkered with them after I got the facial shading done, but oh well.
I consider it finished, just not perfect. I just don't have the energy to even go -near- this pic any more, heh.
