Some say it used to be a mortal that achived tremendous magical powers, others that it is an entity from beyond,others that he is jsut one in a line of magi or that he ahs been there since the dawn of time, some claim his charge of the world is a punishment for a mortals hubris. but none may know.

The magus is a guardian and steward of the world and a force for good, Though for all its magical might it cant deal with the plans of evil by istelf. instead it will use its subtle influence to nudge individuals with great potential to take up the call of heroism by their own accord.


The Magus resides in the tower of possibilities, a Ancient structure that predates the magus, The tower appears diffrentlyany who can manage to find it, some sees a a impossibly tall ivory spire, others a mosscovered ruin. The inside bends time and space and has a infinitie ammounts of floors and rooms or it could just be a single winding spiral stair case or a single room.

The tower can appear in any location the magus desires as long as it is not occupied by another structure. With in the tower, the magus has limitless magical powers and if he has to leave, his power will drain according to how far away he is from the tower. In rare cases where the magus has to take longer leaves, he will charge his oval teal amulet with the towers magic so the magus can take longer sojourns away, though it will take least a centuary for the gem to recharge its power if drained.

Even at a diminished level of power, the Magus magic far out class any mortal magician, but he drains his pool of magic faster when casting spells and if he is slain outside of his tower he will reform inside with in a 100 years.
