It is still a young story, and I haven't given all the lore... The creatures here all will heal naturally over time. Pinholes will heal overnight. Deflation is mostly an inconvenience as it makes movement difficult. Magic is a thing, but the ability to produce patches is a rare ability. The old queen had a monopoly on it, and she lorded that power over everyone. The Headmare's husband could do it, and had to keep it a secret to avoid attention from the queen. Gradientia of course can do it, and it is her primary service to the kingdom!
(Just not certain if I want to make the cars canon to the world. It was just a fun personal exercise making the color coordinated vehicles for the characters! =^^= )
