Octave, a curious, chaotic fluffball and the founder of Bularian colony on Atherea.
He is a Bio-engeneered lifeform that fell in love with music and basically the Prototype for the Bularian species. As such he ended up leading the race (much to his disapproval) and is actually stuck in a room more often than not, so he often sneaks out to go satiate his longing for sound and giving entertainment.

He's actually very friendly but often ignores everything due to prior relations. Not to mention a heavy case of PTSD from other reasons. But otherwise a very happy go lucky type that love to make music.
