Character from Smile! Precure (which was edited and dubbed in the US as "Glitter Force" by Saban Brands). Been meaning to draw him for some time but never found the time to until now.
I didn't have many references to go off of, (and, to be honest, I've never actually watched a Precure show before) but other than that I'm pretty happy with the result.
