Remember : guild members cannot harm each other, meaning that Abel is immune to Tawi's stomach acid. He can even bottle some of it for his alchemy lab. Yeah this game's mechanics go deep.
The devs implemented an anti-parasite potion in a later patch, but the parasites would drink the potion when it reached the stomach to get rid of their parasites, so it had no effect on players. Let's hope we get a hotfix soon.

Still swallowing them so i would say yes.
But yeah i think there is an easier way to clear out the parasites. If they drink the anti parasite potions and the parasites just drink up the potion the player drinks then drink something that's toxic at high quantities but not so much at lower quantities... like coffee.
