This is a completely out of the blue random surprise gift to 
marquis2007
His eevee character, Marcus, is just so cute and silly, when I first saw him I knew I wanted to draw him. And I've kept this picture on hold for a while now. Figured I'd finish it up and decided to match him to a beach scenery. I think he's just getting some tan there (so he'll look more.. orange?), which is probably why he took his socks off. Or maybe he's just showing off his cute paws?
So.. umm... here, I made you a gift! Hope you like it! Surprised? XD

I was considering just doing a 'studio' like background, a bed maybe, but it seemed kinda boring. Though a sunny beach would match not only his colours but the whole mood of the picture (I'm pretty sure a bed would look kinda kinky rather than cute as well XD)
But no worries, Marcus was a lot of fun to draw. ^^

Actually I see what chu mean there on the mood of the pic with the beach (even if chu put me in a bedroom, making the pic look kinky, I still think in this pose it still look rather kinky and cute lol)

I kinda do think sand and fur wouldn't really match in reality, but hey, we're drawing anthropomorphized talking and many times over sexualized ficticious chimeras on the internet... if there was ever a time to take artistic liberty it is now!! XD
And thank yoouuu, I like my brushwork a bit. Been trying to raise the bar more and more with each picture. This one is actually like.. I dunno, the sketch is like a year old actually, so that's why it looks a lil' subpar XD

Want an advice? I know it's a new picture and it came out awesome, but that's mostly why... That Observation Deck picture. Specially because you can really work on colourful shading, because of the planet and stuff, and it's a pretty simple shape, not many overlapping members and thingies.
Yes! See, I've elaborated an extensive 20 page research on this and filtered it into the following chart. I feel:
- 5% naked without shorts/trousers
- 25% naked without a shirt/t-shirt
- 30% naked without socks
- 40% naked without underwear (considering shorts/trousers have been previously removed, otherwise I only feel 15% naked)
So see, apart from underwear (and only when trousers have been removed) socks very much make me feel clothed! Insightful information! *Nods* o.o
