The civilization of Mokore boasts advanced technology likened to that of our modern 21st century, if not far more advanced, clean and efficient, yet resembling stone blocks with magical rune carvings.
One technology, that is a must, is air-conditioning. Although the runes are amazing at keeping a cool, even temperature within his penthouse, Mokore also assigns at least two of these fanbearers by his
side, and are changed on a daily basis. He likes chubby, burly, hairy guys the most, but because that's the majority of what his empire comprises of, he never has a shortage of "fan boys" eagerly awaiting
their turn to serve their emperor. Because he likes to see the bulk of their form, he has a heavy hand in choosing the ornaments, how many they can wear, and where they are allowed to put them on.
And he wishes to see them bare-chested, thus they rarely ever wear necklaces, especially if they have nice chest hair.

(Panda) The emperor has also picked certain positive aspects of various cultures he deems delightful, mostly the different loincloths, and integrated them into his civilization.
As his empire grows, with newcomers and refugees becoming part of the populace, the cycle of a man becoming a fan bearer again, is extremely rare.

(Cube drone) Flying drones are also common in the empire, but for Mokore, he uses them to take group shots of himself with his people and post them om his empire's version of online social media.
Though the emperor would like male servants as cleaning crews, he doesn't like them getting covered in dust, so the drones also tidy up the place.
