It's not an interpretation, the original lays in the historical museum in Paris^^ I love historical accurate works, and try it self to be so near on the original as possible. I'm a reenactor in a professional reenactment group, ans member of HEMAC, so i have to be so close to the original s possible, and I'm studying history, so it's perfect for me.
