The upper right panels: I was expecting that reaction from most of the townspeople, sure. ("Damn Belmonts!") Like Rex above, I was hoping for better from the "Brendan" family, so to speak... seeing as how they'd experienced the worse threat so up-close.

Right -- it's gonna be a hard battle for them, regardless of whether or not they tone down the violence. Very inspired by the humans' mistrust of Gargoyles in the Disney series, here. Varulv/Ulven are seen as unnatural for their ability to shapeshift, so I wonder what it'll take for folks to accept them. Probably continued good deeds for some, and others may never come around.
