Huh. Walther P38 as the basis for the gun? Actually looks fairly accurately drawn, as well, although perspective makes that a bit harder to judge.
In terms of constructive criticism, I'm not sure if the gun is too big for Amber or she's not actually gripping it tightly enough - it seems almost like she's just loosely holding it, rather than tightly gripping it (which is bad from a use and safety point of view, especially combined with her finger already being in the trigger guard and potentially on the trigger). Also, the way her fingers are positioned is a touch weird, but that could again be perspective messing with me - it almost looks like the trigger guard is completely flat in the scene, instead of being visible above Amber's middle finger.
That said, the rest of the pose seems fine - a bit odd that she's holding it with her left hand instead of her right, but considering this is an anime she might just be dual wielding and have a gun in her other hand, or she might just be a lefty who's right-eye dominant. That one handed stance seems at least "close enough for government work" to a stance that was actually standard training for handguns, at least in the 1930s-40s before stuff like the Weaver stance became more commonplace, and is still taught as "once you've figured out the basics of shooting, this is worth learning".
Firearms nerdery aside, this looks great, and seems entirely like something you'd see in an action anime (Cowboy Bebop immediately springs to mind, as does Black Lagoon).
