Phoenix is well known having a durable body that deal with energy impact, once her body absorb enough energy she can turn them into energy base attack or shielding. Everyone at the agency know her real name as Dorthy Parker, being the sister of Bethpany Parker aka Lady Pounder. She remember having a good time with her sister, which she tend to worry about her situation at work. But once she learn that she became a villain as Lady Pounder, Phoenix had to stop her from doing anymore crime. Phoenix team up with Spectacular Bozhena as a great crime fighter team.
