Neko is caring for his little Bellsprout ( マダツボミ ) a lot, and so he placed it on the nice and sunny window ledge next to his working place. Not knowing Bellsprout was on it, charging up its attack [solar beam].
The next time when Neko was watering the little guy, Bellsprout was so thankful for the caring of Neko, that he eagerly released his newly learned SOLAR BEAM *deathly laser noises intensifies*.
(He was also proud to melt the watering can ).
