nut-case took some commissions a while back for some Steampunk themed pics, real cheap, but got disenchanted with it by the time she got to my request. So, rather than ask for a refund, I asked for a chibi icon, and here's what she did.

It's a Rooth'roo, looking cute and adorable, with a scarf and a bomber jacket - thematic attire thanks in part to likeshine's help redesigning Rooth'roo a while back. nut-case detailed it a bit more than she normally does, as kind of a mea culpa for backpeddling on the steampunk thing.
