YCH Valentines for Jasper and Bodhi! One more time, I'm honored to depict their love and devotion to each other 💗 Thanks my friends, and a lot happiness for you!
.
ID: A shaded drawing of two anthropomorphic animals, an otter and a dog, hugging, spooning, and looking at each other, sweetly smiling. The otter is the small spoon, their fur is light brown and their hair is bright lilac and blue colored. The dog has floppy ears, semilong teal fur, and uses round eyeglasses. They are floating over a sunset sky with clouds in oranges, pinks and purples, showing also faint stars and a crescent moon. End ID.

Phenomenal work!
The colors work together so well!
Both Bodhi and Jasper have deceptively difficult two-tone and two-tone-with-a-separating-contour
patterns, and you did an awesome job giving them their proper colors and tinting them
with the warm sunset illumination!
That entwine of their tails that I liked some much in the sketch is even more powerfully endearing here
with the added color contrast. Cheers for your art and for your friendly community!

Thank you forever for sharing that bushel of fanart!
The "Wait, you're supposed to *peel* the pineapples?!" minicomic was riotously funny,
and I love seeing your character as a lilac tapir! I could imagine your Pear
being a shapeshifter, who assumes Tapir Form specifically to lounge about!
It is wonderful to see your friendships and community-building
has produced such cool artistic feedback!
Bodhi is an amazing artist, indeed,
and your styles gel together
really well.

Ah, that pineapple one, if I'm not mistaken, was the first time I commissioned Bodhi! I've just watched a video somewhere of a tapir devouring a pineapple, and wanted Bodhi to draw this, because it is hilarious.
And yeah, I like to draw other animals with Pear palette and "look, other Pear :D", all Spiderman pointing Spiderman. "Her" tapir specifically is the Andean tapir (Tapirus pinchaque), which has a permanent look of "WHY DO I HAVE TO FIX IT?". Also, they smol for tapirs.
Bodhi is one of my best friends in the community, yeah! I'm very grateful about meeting him. The Pear-circle is smol, but it is very cozy indeed.

Andean tapirs are somehow even cuter than the more common South American and Baird's ones!
They are so plushy and fluffy, and they have that mouth highlight!
They seem to be on their way to convergently evolve into llamas,
while their dark-and-white coloration seems to pay homage
to their distant Malayan cousins!
The Pear-circle is a wonderful union of good peeps!
And every new and strange Pear is welcome,
no matter how confusing and convoluted
they make the Pear canon!
I couldn't find any videos of tapirs devouring pineapple,
so what you saw then must be a pretty rare occurrence!
