I don't get it. It's always the rich people who avoid taxes because for them it's worth the expense of doing so. I never got the idea that Lightning Dust was rich.

I don't think Lightning Dust is especially rich, just that Celestia likes taxes that much.
The Dan Vs opening felt like the natural response to the previous image.
