A confident berry is a happy berry! According to Sophia Berry that is. She just can't help but beam in excitement as she waddles about in public getting her exercise. To her, working out is just as healthy for a blueberry even if they aren't skinny. It helps build muscles, flexing the feet as well in waddling at such a size she is. It's become such a sinch for them that no struggle can be seen on her face. Sophia enjoys the outdoors be it waddling in the park or hiking up a mountain. She would say at one point, "I'm used to being this size, so a light walk once in a while is no problem at all.~"
This gives her an opportunity to meet more people who they themselves have never gotten a chance up close to meet the permaberry woman. She loves to talk to those most curious about her status, ask for a picture or a hug even! The permaberry never turns down a conversation whenever someone wants to chat cause its beneficial to have someone to talk to about one's day. A lot of those who have spoken to her at least one time or more have felt a sense of calmness. Relieving stress be it through advice or physical contact that Sophia offers.
So, whenever she's around go say hi to her! You never know what she has in store.~^^
