It is supposed to be a dragon-like creature with Pachycephalosaurus vibes and it ended up being a shapeshifter also, because I often can't decide on a final design.
If more stable, confident and energetic, it can shapeshift to an even more dragon-like form with longer horns and wings, also tiny horns can grow on its snout.
If scared, low confidence, instable and similar, its horns shrink.
The form shown here is the default/neutral one.
