Kenny James =  KobaltSteel

A new image of Kenny James, the Inspector who will be investigating and chasing after Tiera Vulpes. I decided that he should have a lighter and softer fur color, to make him more different from Tiera Vulpes, and I also gave him a bow tie, because bow ties are cool. But... I think he shouldn't be too fancy... he should be a sharp dresser, but more like a "high school science teacher" rather than "James Bond," as that is kind-of his personality type.

Personality wise, I think I'll keep the bumbling and clumsy, yet trying to be cool and no-nonsense, thing going with Kenny... he wants to go after Tiera Vulpes all the time, wanting to catch her doing something so he can be known as "the man who stopped Tiera," but Tiera always manages to slip away; however, he remains determined to "catch" Tiera... even if he may end up getting distracted or be forced to work for her, causing him to fall for her a little. I also want to keep the whole southerner or cowboy thing going for him, pulled from his initial concept from years ago
