I'm auditing a sequence of courses offered through work about AI. So far, the courses rave about how wonderful AI is as a business tool.
I'm in agreement as far as helping to work more efficiently, but I call bullshit on AI "improving customer service and satisfaction", and AI being "a boost to the Creative Arts".
At least the courses promote the need for continual human oversight of AI, and the need to bar AI from jurisprudence, journalism, and public policy.
