A background character of the female henchmen vaillain rabbit lady from Arthur from the episode "Brother, Can You Spare a Clarinet?" (Season 6 Episode 4B). She's seen in the scene from the fictional Bionic Bunny TV show episode when Binky was getting inspiration for his anti-music machine. I think her design looks cool. Fun fact, I took the inspiration from Bzehburger for their wonderful art shading who also makes Arthur fanart.
