*facepalms* okay...so looking back through the information...in one of the fields I put in the address 'kijo_2610@hotmail.com'...which is wrong...it's supposed to be yahoo.ca (which I put in as the paypal email when I registered the chipin)...I type hotmail by reflex since I don't use the yahoo one for anything but paypal....'kijo_2610@hotmail.com' didn't exist...so I made it and added it to my paypal account.
