Yes their name is a MegaMan StarForce Reference, Yes they are a Vore Character, Yes can take an anthro form. They do have one things though I've decided on, and that's that Hertz can temporarily take the shape of previously possessed objects, but then will revert to his default state due to their limited transformation ability.
