Before my squirrel became a Goddess, she was a Rocket Scientist on her homeworld: Nutopia, where she lived alongside her fellow Ascended Flying Sciurus. Sciurus from her planet evolved a bit differently than Earth and were very vicious, they focused on flying primarily for hunting so the patagia under their arms eventually evolved into wings, and their tails gained maws to help eat more. Due to their violent nature tho, they would often be at war with each other. At the time, my squirrel was working on a rocket to be the 1st of her kind to space, but the day she finally took lift off, she watched as her people launched missiles upon each other and destroyed her planet. With no home to return to, she drifted through space for a while before suddenly getting stuck in the gravitational pull of a black hole. She accepted this fate, as she thought there was no way out and that it would be her end, she was wrong. She later awoke drifting through space, this time not in her ship, but without any need to breathe. She noticed she also devolved an evolution stage and lost her wings. But what she gained, was immortality, shapeshifting, levitation and the ability to create things out of matter. And with this, she achieved godhood
