ABOUT THE FIRE CLAN
Helios is a member of the Fire Clan, where the males carry fiery, phoenix-like plumage, and both genders of the clan can make use of fire powers. Helios' ancestors were forced to flee from Nevrea to Gold Ring when Rain Silves attacked, and settled out in the suburbs of Gold Ring. Even so, they still retained many of their rural practices.
The Fire Clan is the largest of the nine elemental clans, and the only one with more than 100 members.
ABOUT HELIOS
Helios is a relatively tall male nevrean who has a relatively long wingspan for his size. He is also one of the characters whose design is not based as much on the celestial object he represents - the Sun is a yellow dwarf, yet Helios' plumage is mostly scarlet.
Helios is generally cheerful and outgoing, but he also loses his temper easily if annoyed. He is also prone to literal fiery outbursts when he loses his temper. He especially has little patience for foolishness or rudeness and will often lash out in anger with literal flames when provoked. Despite this, he barely lashes out at his loved ones out of concern that he might hurt them with said powers.
