I used my fork to try the omelet.
Baxter: "Hmmm, good to know thaat the herbaavore insticts haave already overwritten my common sense." I grumbled.
Randy: "So how is it?" Randy asked with cheery smile.
Baxter: "Not thaat baaad, just, really... unconventional."
I felt crazy for even entertaining the idea of someone putting grass in my food and not only letting them get away with it but, Liking it?!
I hope that the grazing instincts will wear off once I take the collar off.
Randy: "Why do humans haave a stigma abaa eating grass, Is it poisonous or somethin?"
Baxter: "I'm pretty sure, I don't think its so baad thaat you'll straight up drop dead. Baa, but I'm pretty damn sure thaat if any human was to try and eat some grass that they'd end up sick."
"Jesus fucking Christ I've already stopped referring to myself as a human, and its only been a week."
Randy: "It ain't like ya are one anymore."
Baxter: "Its still strange to think about."

Fun fact: the reason it's bad for humans to eat grass is because it's really high in silica. We can't digest it properly and it's really bad for our teeth. Grazing animals have an enzyme we don't that helps break it down, but part of the reason a lot of them have multiple stomachs is, well, to make it possible to break it down easier.
