Eventual main character, Queen Filigree! I consider her to be on the same level as Burnes' is, narratively, but she's absent for the first half-ish of the story. Gossamer the Rabbit is the actual primary protagonist, but Burnes and Filigree share the role of deuteragonist.

She got kicked out of her fancy castle and now she has to eat grass in the woods like a peasant. She's the most bitter old lady imaginable and she hates everything.
