I need to get my paws back on mecha designs, most in particular on inventing new ones.
Anyway, this is a new giant mech for my character Kouji (Aya's boyfriend), Menos, the guardian of life, a lion guardian representing the living beings and theyr force. Menos is the same kind of being as Aperion, Ota's mech / guardian, so they are quite similar in what they can do and as Aperion, Menos strenght is based on Kouji's feelings, and it's skills depend on his mind too; this gives it different attributes to Aperion because theyr "pilots" have different behaviours and minds, Kouji being mentally stronger than Ota gives a more intense energy output to Menos, however Ota is more creative and thoughtful than Kouji so Aperion has a wider range of skills and abilityes.

Menos is also the ancient greek word used to indicate the "life force" (that's why of the preview title).

Planning to draw this mech again, maybe in some action pose, sometime.
