Hi, all! I'm back with another cool alternative take on an existing Moster -- it's the Coral Pokémon, サニーゴ Sunnygo; or known outside of Japan as Corsola!

-- This one popped up in my head after I watched a video on YouTube about still unused type combinations as of Gen 9, and one of the example pictures the narrator used, was a treasure chest full of coins. Sure, we have something like that in official Pokémon, I believe it is one of the new Scarlet/Violet Monsters. But I have yet to see them doing a treasure chest Pokémon that takes the treasure theme to the next level. So I took the forgotten Water/Rock type from Johto and ran wild with the idea of a treasure chest. Originally I wanted to use Binacle as the inspiration, but the design I had in mind to illustrate, deviated a bit too much from that angle in order for the concept to work. So I took Corsola as my inspiration source instead. I tweaked its design a bit and gave it an eye patch, to further enhance its ''treasure-obsessed pirate'' theme. And I think it looks better because of it. Furthermore, the seaweed I added to the design could be interpreted as a hand that's trying to grab unsuspecting fortune seekers and torture them. Despite this, the Pokémon isn't a Ghost type. Y'know, as that type is often associated with curses and doing mean things to people? And the combination of Grass and Water should be on more Pokémon aside from Monsters like, say, Ludicolo, so... there's that.
