Here I am in my current (feral) form. =] The first form of Ozone was meant as a blank slate, but with whatever additions I do want him to retain a simple look on the whole. Also wanted to change him up because I found some extremely similar designs from other people, especially from dragonker, but I was already too attached to just scrap him. ;p
Those aren't just scale like protrusions along his back and tail, they can move around like fins. Couple of the most useful features of this ability: gives more resistance when he needs to slow down, and can latch onto small items. When clamped down right the flaps can make some suction, creating an especially tight grip. Consequently of the many ways he can grab objects, he has a special advantage in the art of groping. XD
Obviously a lot of dragon designs have characteristics that look like they belong to some elevation, ie water, ground, sky. Sky/space is the prescription for Ozone (fits the name, and happens to be the theme I want). Some parts of Ozone don't really fit in this sense, so I'm not yet finished. The wings for one look ground dragonish in structure, aside from the scratchless solid blue membrane. Other appendages are kind of non-descript, leaning towards ground. Overall, he's arguably a water type so far, an ambiguity I'm fine with actually.
I'll probably make him more lean, to match better with my actual tall/thin self (6'3", 170 pnds). Pudgy/smooth bodies just happened to be easier to draw (the guiding force for a begginner such as me).

The underside wasn't blue before. I think the colors now are set though.
Thanks for pointing out all the parts you like. ^_~ The pose happened because I give a generous amount of room to just get a profile of the tail right, rather than try a harder angle like the last drawing, then went ahead and scrunched the rest of him in anyway.
