Now onto what happens when you fuse a Monster Eater with an ability to suck up entire crowds of prey in seconds with a dragon who loves eating just as much as he loves farting and a brother who can only just tolerate it (and fail). You get a semi-robotic duo designed to control overpopulation? The F3rt3r unit is designed to mass consume even the largest of targets and convert them to gas in mere seconds. The S3rp0 unit is designed as the “brain” attachment to try and regulate the F3rt3r unit's overall consumption rate (which it can't seem to do). Results are sent back to their ranking organizations. Both units are contained once the F3rt3r unit finally rests.
Yeah, this form is just normal Ferter as a vacuum and hardly different from his normal self.

The concept being similar to the overpopulation thing and with rubbery android dragons eating the folks they see, but instead of perma digestion they’re hammerspaced within and essentially become the dragon’s latex-suited maintenance crew! Their belongings would also later get gulped and sent to storage within, each person starting with the same sized and layout rubbery apartment. Obedience and good performance means more space and unique currency to get small luxuries!
For the event leading up to that however, every person in the designated city no matter their class, species, and appearance is teleported somewhere random outside so that there is no discrimination with who gets nommed and becomes a dragon-dweller. The dragons would also still be gassy for this process due to the air they’re sucking needing to go somewhere and their systems would still be gasifying any random rubble or trash as well!
